Below is information describing DiSC.  We believe it gives a truer picture of an individual’s workstyle-behavior.  Plus, we are able to set up your training meeting deliverables/engagement based on the results of the assessments.

DiSC stands for:

D - Dominance. i - Influence. S Steadiness. 

C Conscientiousness.  

The DiSC model can help an individual understand their self and others by  knowing their 

primary, behavioral styles. DiSC creates a common language and a self-awareness to better understand ourselves and others.  The DiSC model divides people into four main behavioral styles.  Individuals are identified as either People-oriented or Task-oriented.  They are further distinguished as Reserved or Active. DiSC then identifies each individual’s main character trait for each behavior type; they could be classified as Dominant, Inspiring, Supportive, or Cautious. 

DiSC is highly favored by leadership teams in government, large corporations, school districts, hospitals and law firms. Leaders report that the personal assessments are invaluable to meeting individual goals as well as improving team communication and overall, morale & productivity.

DiSC Deliverable – DiSC Group Facilitation.

  1. Increase self-knowledge (how you respond to conflict, what motivates you, what causes you stress and how you solve problems). 
  2. Improve working relationships by recognizing communication needs of team members; facilitate better teamwork.  
  3. Develop stronger customer support skills by identifying and responding to members with the same style and different styles; and manage more effectively by understanding the dispositions of what a ‘priority’ looks like for each team member.
