Career Education Assistance Program

CEAP

The Career Education Assistance Program (CEAP) was created as an extension of HireGround’s current workforce readiness programs and services. CEAP is currently receiving additional funding from the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) to provide career enhancement services to residents of Prince William County who meet the ARPA eligibility guidelines. If a resident of PW County meets the requirements, they are provided an opportunity to upskills their employability. HireGround Inc. has a partnership with several schools and companies who are providing the career certifications. Upon completion of a certification program, HireGround Inc. further assists with job placement within the candidate’s career occupation of choice.

For more details regarding eligibility for full financial assistance through our ARPA funds, continue below. If you do not need an industry specific certification, you can receive job coaching for your current role or assistance finding a job. If you are interested in our Career Education Assistance Program, complete an application today:

UPDATE: The current application acceptance period is closed as 2022 initiatives come to an end and will not be accepting new applications at this time. We hope to re-open applications to this program in the second quarter of the year. Any applicants that applied prior to the closing and received notification that they were placed on the waitlist will be receiving updates on their status throughout the first quarter.
